SHIPPING & RETURNS
Niki Belle offers FREE FREIGHT for orders over A$150 to all areas in Australia and A$10 postage for orders under A$150 provided the parcel weight is under 500g. Purchases over 500g will be quoted accordingly.
International postage charge for orders under A$350 is A$50 and free for orders over A$350. Please note International postage can take approx 5-10 working days.
Niki Belle uses Australia Post Express Post Delivery to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. The timeframe for regional areas is 2-5 business days and metropolitan areas should be received within 2 business days. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Niki Belle will provide you with a tracking number through email once the goods have been dispatched.
Please note due to a very busy time of year, returns from 15 Dec will not be processed until 5th January 2019. Thank you for your patience. Please notify Niki Belle of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery via email. Please email [email protected] All returns need to be authorised by the Niki Belle dispatch team in order for your return to be processed. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practises act. The item is then recognised as faulty and incurs a refund. We are happy to offer an online credit note on full priced purchases if the item is returned within 7 days of order (excluding our peak time of 15 Dec 2018 – 5 Jan 2019, these returns will be actioned from 6th January 2019. Our online credit notes are valid 6 months from date of return.
Niki Belle will happily exchange your size or colour if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Please ensure all original swing tags are intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department with the issue of an authorization number. This has to be done within 7 days of receiving your goods.
We are happy to offer a credit note if you change your mind once you have received your purchase. Please adhere to the exchange option policies.
If there is an error with the quantities on site and you have paid for an item which has been sold, we are happy to offer you a refund on this item.
Please note Items on sale are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the garnment is deemed as faulty by the manufacturer.
